If you are having issues signing in to Placester (whether on Mac or PC), here are the steps we received from placester to fix this up. You will not have a login and password for the website, but this should automatically sign you in from myKW directly:
Some KW agents are having trouble logging in to their KW Placester sites via their MyKW dashboards. A recent Placester update has caused this issue to occur. However, we have been provided information on how to get you logged into your site:

For agents utilizing Chrome:

For agents using Safari:
Open Safari and in the top left corner of your screen click on ‘Safari’ and then select ‘Preferences.’ In the ‘Preferences’ window select the ‘Privacy Option’ and then select “Prevent cross-site tracking.” Make sure this is turned off.
