If you are having issues signing in to Placester (whether on Mac or PC), here are the steps we received from placester to fix this up. You will not have a login and password for the website, but this should automatically sign you in from myKW directly:

Some KW agents are having trouble logging in to their KW Placester sites via their MyKW dashboards. A recent Placester update has caused this issue to occur. However, we have been provided information on how to get you logged into your site:

NOTE: If these instructions do not work, please contact Placester Support directly: Support-KW@Placester.com or 800-728-8391

For agents utilizing Chrome:
In the ‘Settings’ window, search for ‘Cookies’ on the settings search bar. Then, click on the ‘Content Settings’ option to turn off the Blocking of Third Party Cookies setting. This article will give you a visual guide on how to locate these settings: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/guides/how-to-enable-cookies/chrome

For agents using Safari:
Open Safari and in the top left corner of your screen click on ‘Safari’ and then select ‘Preferences.’ In the ‘Preferences’ window select the ‘Privacy Option’ and then select “Prevent cross-site tracking.” Make sure this is turned off. For more information, this article will give you a visual guide on how to locate these settings: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/guides/how-to-enable-cookies/safari

For agents using Internet Explorer:
In the default settings for ‘Privacy and Cookies,’ there is a slider control at the top of the ‘Privacy’ window which can be dragged up or down to select varying levels of Cookie security. Make sure the slider is on “Accept All Cookies.” For more information, this article will give you a visual guide on how to locate these settings: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/guides/how-to-enable-cookies/internet-explorer
