What we do
How does SLM protect my personal information? To protect your personal information, we use security measures including computer safeguards and educating our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy.
How does SLM collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • give us your information to set up your Keller Williams Technology Tools
  • provide account information for payment
  • give us your login information for electronic marketing services

We also collect your personal information from others, such as your Keller Williams Market Center.
Why Can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only

  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. As of 2019-06-14, Scott Le Roy Marketing, LLC has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. Nonaffiliates we may share with in order to provide services include but are not limited to your Keller Williams Market Center, Keller Williams Realty International, Constellation Web Solutions, Inc. DBA Market Leader, Placester, Inc, Homekeepr, and BrandCo, LLC.
Joint Marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated companies that together market products and services to you. As of 2019-06-14, SLM does participate in joint marketing, including sharing your information to be marketed to with or without monetary compensation.
Other important information
The form on http://scottleroymarketing.com/thank-you/ shown after submitting a setup questionnaire is completely voluntary and may result in BrandCo, LLC contacting you for marketing services. SLM does not receive any of the information submitted via this form.
