SLM will use my information exactly as entered to set up my profiles and websites
SLM is not responsible for any typos, misspellings, omissions, or other errors in my entries, or any issues arising from incorrect entries including but not limited to any fees to change incorrect entries
I have checked that my name, email address(es), website address, phone number, and any other information on the form is correct and correctly spelled.
My information entered into this form will be used according to Scott Le Roy Marketing, LLC’s Privacy Policy
Final responsibility for compliance with any requirements set by my Market Center, MLS, State, or other authorities lies with me, the agent
Scott Le Roy Marketing, LLC provides services in good faith to the best of its abilities, but makes no guarantees that any sites or profiles will meet compliance requirements set by any Market Center, Vendor, MLS, State, or other authority.
To verify that my completed profiles are in compliance, I will consult with my Market Center’s Broker of Record.
The word required on the last field of the setup questionnaire to show acceptance of these terms is Responsibility
